Today’s Topic: Stacking the Spine

Learn how to effectively use self-care tools along the spine to improve mobility and decrease tightness in the neck, mid and upper back. Amy will show you how to use multiple tools with a stacking technique for better results. These techniques are not appropriate for anyone diagnosed with Osteoporosis.

What you need: bring your tools (4″ ball, CranioCradle, Franklin, and/or two tennis balls in a sock) and a pillow. At least two tools will be needed for this technique.
